“For the Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.”  (John 5:22-24)

Judgment, with the verdict uncertain but eternal, is terrifying to anyone whose God is unpredictable. Muslims say they honor Jesus as a prophet, teacher and worker of miracles, falling short of what God requires.

  • Thank God for your salvation, and that His mercy triumphs over judgment. (James 2:13b)
  • Pray for Muslims who say they honor Jesus (in this partial way) to be confronted with His holiness.
  • Pray the lives of Christians will demonstrate the honor Jesus deserves.

About Loving Muslims Together

Loving Muslims Together exists because God’s love, demonstrated through Jesus Christ, is for Muslims. We function as local networks across Canada. We work to connect people and churches to opportunities, training and resources to help them build bridges to their Muslim neighbours, living out God’s love in word and deed.

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength and all your mind. And your neighbor as yourself.
