Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on His glorious throne…everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for My name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”  (Matthew 19:28-30)

Islam promises guidance to help people succeed in faith and life. Jesus teaches that people need to be saved from their sin and promises treasure in heaven to those who confess His name.

  • Pray that Muslims coming into the Kingdom now at the end of the age, despite the many hardships they will endure, will be first in knowing, loving, and serving Jesus – and even become an example to parts of the Church that have grown complacent through the security and abundance of Kingdom blessing.
  • Pray they will transfer the discipline they developed through faithfully performing Islamic rituals of devotion, prayer, and fasting to their Christian faith, not as the slaves they once were, but as sons of the Father led by the Spirit. (Romans 8:14-15)
  • Pray that those who accept Jesus’ invitation to “Come, follow Me” will become “fishers of men” whose nets and boats overfill. (Mark 1:17, Luke 5:6)

About Loving Muslims Together

Loving Muslims Together exists because God’s love, demonstrated through Jesus Christ, is for Muslims. We function as local networks across Canada. We work to connect people and churches to opportunities, training and resources to help them build bridges to their Muslim neighbours, living out God’s love in word and deed.

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength and all your mind. And your neighbor as yourself.
