LMT & CCCOWE Online Prayer & Learning Event - From Devotion to Freedom in Christ!

LMT & Partners Event

Date / June 19, 2025

Location / Online / From 8-9:15 pm (ET)

We are living in unprecedented times where those of the Muslim faith all over the world and in Canada are choosing to leave Islam to follow Jesus.

To mobilize cross-cultural gospel ministries locally, CCCOWE Canada and the Loving Muslims Together Network have partnered to equip Chinese churches in Canada to reach our Muslim neighbours with the Gospel of Christ.

You’re invited to hear a powerful testimony of a former Shia Muslim woman who found hope, healing, and new life in Jesus.

Growing up in a devout Muslim family in British Columbia, she lived under the weight of emotional and physical abuse. Isolated and silenced by those around her, she clung to her faith in Allah and became one of the most devout women in her community, hoping that her devotion would ease her suffering. But instead, life at home only got worse.

Rejected by her own family and community and desperate for freedom, she made the courageous decision to leave everything behind in search of peace and truth. What she found was far more than she ever expected.

Join us as she shares her deeply personal and inspiring story—a journey of pain, escape, discovery, and the radical love of Christ.

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion.

Nelson Mandela

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength and all your mind. And your neighbor as yourself.
