"Fellowship of Faith for the Muslims (FFM) was born in the UK after Samuel Zwemer issued a challenge to the attendees of the 1915 Keswick Convention to look towards the Muslim world where he believed that "the time will come when Muslims will be brought to Christ in such numbers that the boats (or churches) will not be able to hold them." To this day, FFM continues to help Christians understand Muslims so that we can pray for them and relate God's love to them effectively. We work with churches and mission agencies worldwide to promote the ministry of prayer for the Muslim world by providing information, literature and training.
We compile prayer requests from across the Muslim world and send out the FFM Prayer Bulletins in various languages to our prayer partners worldwide. Every quarter, we also gather for a Day of Prayer where we have the opportunity to worship the Lord together, fellowship with each other and learn from field workers serving in the Muslim world how to pray for them and the people groups they serve effectively. We also invite trainers to equip attendees in the areas of evangelism, disciple-making, and leadership. The Day of Prayer is offered as both a Zoom and in-person event and we are looking to partner with churches in the GTA area who may like to host the Day of Prayer.
FFM also has a physical library located in downtown Toronto which is an excellent research resource with over 4,000 volumes on Islam and witness to Muslims. With our move to a smaller space in the same building, we are downsizing the library and offering the extra resources for free to anyone who would find them useful, including Jesus film DVDs.
If you are interested to know more about FFM's ministry, the Days of Prayer or to know how you can get the free resources, please email the FFM office at ffm.toronto@sympatico.ca to arrange a visit. The free resources will be available for pick up by March 24th."
