Something incredible is happening within the Muslim world. Muslims abroad and in Canada are confessing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in an unprecedented way. "There are nine geo-cultural 'rooms' in the 'House of Islam,' and the Wind of God's Spirit is blowing through every one of them" (David Garrison, author of ‘A Wind in the House of Islam’).

Since September of last year we have been exploring the presence of people from the ‘9 rooms’ in Canada—where they are, who’s ministering among them, and what we can learn as we engage with them. This month we will feature the room of TURKESTAN.

You are invited to hear from Muslim Background Believers (MBB) and workers who are ministering to Muslims from the room of TURKESTAN in Canada and join us for a time of prayer.

ABOUT THE WORKERS

You are invited to hear from Danny and Alycia DeLong on how to be intentional about engaging those around you with the Gospel, especially your Muslim neighbours.

The DeLongs have a heart for serving Muslims and unreached people groups. With seven years of living in Turkey, they bring valuable cross-cultural insight to their work. You will hear how God used them to introduce people to Jesus through Discovery Bible Studies (DBS) during weekly gatherings in coffee shops and, by the move of the Spirit, Muslims would encounter the love of the Father, get baptized and become disciples who make disciples.

Since returning to Canada Danny and Alycia have been actively in outreach and community engagement with Muslims, and will share some of the ways that God has opened doors for the creation of friendships that led to them doing DBS in mosques with Muslim men and women, start conversations that lead to sharing the teachings of Jesus and more!

Come hear the powerful testimonies of two sisters in Christ who used to follow Islam and are followers of Jesus now. Their unique life stories are a testimony of God's grace, love and mercy!
